Content Development

Beyond “yes or no” questions, the Health Buddy system offers a variety of content to best meet the needs of your patients.
Varied Question Types
Our content development tools allow clinicians to author and schedule content from a rich variety of question types:

 

  • Multiple choice.  The patient chooses from a list of possible responses
  • Binary.  The patient answers yes/no or true/false questions
  • Numeric.  The patient enters a number
  • Range.  The patient chooses a rating or number within a specific range, such as a Likert scale
  • Prompt.  The system offers educational information and follow-up messages to specific patient responses
  • Escalate.  The system generates an immediate call-in to the data center when a patient has completed their session
  • Read-meter.  The patient initiates the reading of a home medical device (such as blood glucose meter, blood pressure monitor or weight scale) via the Health Buddy appliance
