The Health Buddy system is designed with you in mind. With just four simple buttons, you can manage your hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes and congestive heart failure (CHF) or other chronic health condition from the comfort of your own home.

Each survey takes only a few minutes to complete each day.  The Health Buddy system also helps you to learn more about your condition from the short trivia questions.

The Health Buddy system combines all your answers into a daily snapshot, letting your care provider know whether they need to contact you. These daily reports give your care provider a more complete picture of your overall health, such as your daily testing results and how much you understand your condition.  Health issues can often be caught and treated before they require a visit to the hospital.
