A: No, the Health Buddy system is another way that your doctor or care provider can stay in contact with you between office visits.
Q: Will my insurance pay for it?
A: Insurance companies differ.  Please speak with your insurance company to determine coverage.
Q: Do other patients like their Health Buddy Appliance?

Q: Can I stop using my Health Buddy Appliance at any time?
A: Before discontinuing use of your Health Buddy Appliance, please speak to your doctor or care provider.
Q: What if I don’t have a land line or Ethernet connection?
A:  Currently, the Health Buddy system works only with telephone and Ethernet connections.
