Q: How often do patients check in with their Health Buddy Appliance?
A: Once per day.
Q: How do I know which patients are at the highest risk?
A: Patients’ responses are coded as Red for high risk, Yellow for moderate risk and Green for low risk.
Q: Can I sort my patient list by risk level?
A: Yes, the list can be quickly sorted to group the highest risk patients together for immediate intervention.
Q: Can I view the data over time?
A: Yes, the information can be aggregated in trend graphs or a variety of reports.
Q: Am I able to respond to patients using the Health Buddy system?
A: Yes, the Health Buddy system has a customized message feature that you can use for an appointment reminder or encouraging message.  This feature is not designed for emergency use.
