Nurses are on the front line of healthcare.  As the first to make contact with the patient during an office visit or hospitalization, nurses are often the first to realize that a patient’s at-home care has spiraled out of control since the last appointment.

With the Health Buddy system, nurses have the chance to remain involved in patient care even after they leave the office. Using a simple web-based interface, it’s easy to see which patients are complying with necessary medication and lifestyle adjustments, and which are at high risk for acute events.

The Health Buddy system allows nurses to assign personalized health management programs that help communicate historical patient infromation and assess a patient's clinical condition.  Based on the patient responses, color-coded, sortable patient reports enable nurses to know at a glance which patients are high risk (red), moderate risk (yellow) and low risk (green).
