WebVMC and Health Hero® Network Announce Patent License Agreement to Promote Remote Health Monitoring

CONYERS, GA, February  20, 2007 — WebVMC, a leading provider of virtual health care technology to manage health, and Health Hero Network, a leading developer and innovator of platforms and technologies for health management including the Health Buddy System, today announced that the companies have entered into a commercial patent cross license agreement. Under the terms of the royalty-bearing agreement, Health Hero Network has granted to WebVMC a worldwide license under select patent families of Health Hero Network to develop, manufacture and sell select products and services in the area of remote health monitoring and disease management. WebVMC has also granted a worldwide license for its select patent families to Health Hero Network. All the other terms of the agreement are confidential.
