The right system for the right patient
Bosch Healthcare provides two telehealth systems to support our customer's needs:
The Health Buddy System includes the Health Buddy four-button device, the web-based Health Buddy Desktop application for providers and over 100 health management programs for a variety of single and co-morbid conditions. It is used for long-term care coordination of patients with chronic conditions (360 day programs) and for patients with chronic conditions who are post-discharge from the hospital (60 day programs).
TheT400 Telehealth System includes the T400 touch-screen device, the web-based T400 Desktop application for providers and over 25 clinical content programs for a variety of single and co-morbid medical conditions. It is used for patients who are post-discharge from the hospital and in the transitional period after this.
Bosch also connects with/provides a variety of peripheral devices to measure vital signs.
